The piece originates from a larger dining room set from Copenhagen and still carries the characteristic details that define the elegant craftsmanship of the period.
The curved legs, profiled edges and gilded ornaments have been preserved and highlighted as part of the furniture’s history. At the same time, high-gloss red, yellow and lavender surfaces bring a contemporary expression, where classical forms meet modern colour and personality.
Inside, soft shades of pink create a warm and calm contrast to the more striking exterior. The combination of strong colours and historic details gives the sideboard a distinctive balance between elegance, humour and character.
